Recommendations: suitable walking shoes. There is an optional route involving wading across the River Alcanadre in various places - in this case a second pair of shoes is advisable.
This is a route of discovery, revealing one of the most beautiful tracts of the River Alcanadre canyon and the small chapel of San Martin perched high above the water. Dramatic views of the rugged walls and cliffs can be enjoyed as the trail meanders down to the bottom of the deep canyon. In this hidden natural environment, many different species of fauna can be observed on the rocky ledges and the along the banks of the river.
