This Visitor Centre is situated in Colungo, a village to the extreme east of the Sierra de Guara Natural Park and in the very heart of the River Vero Cultural Park.
The different areas of the centre focus on the magical world of pre-history, and highlight the ancient people who inhabited the deep gorges of the River Vero up to 20,000 years ago. There is a Museum House, an Archaeological Park, workshops and an impressive reproduction of the Fuente del Trucho cave. The genuine cave, which is not open to visitors at present, is the only one in Aragón to display Palaeolithic rock paintings, giving extra importance to this display.
